Everything here runs in your browser. Your answers are scored on your own device and are never sent to us — which is also why there is no result emailed to you, and no signup between you and your score.

How we build these
Four rules, because this category is full of tools that break them.
- No gate. You get your result without an account, an email or a wait. If a test asks for your address before it tells you your score, the test was the lead form.
- No borrowed instruments. We do not claim to be the Maslach Burnout Inventory, the GAD-7 or anything else we have not licensed. Our items are original, written against the public dimensions of a construct — and each tool says exactly that on its own page.
- Subscores, not one number. A single total hides the thing you need. Two people with the same burnout score can need opposite things, so we keep the dimensions apart.
- No diagnosis. These reflect your own answers back to you in a form that is easier to act on. They are not diagnostic, and we name the point at which a question stops being ours and becomes a doctor's.
Brihas is a structured reflection tool, not a medical or diagnostic service. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please reach a helpline or a clinician.
