Brihas Partners — Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your participation in the Brihas Partners affiliate program. Accepting them at signup is a condition of getting your own partner link.
01Eligibility
An individual or business in India with a Brihas account, 18 or older. Payouts require verified personal details (legal name, mobile, PAN, bank or UPI); you are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping them current.
02Links and codes
Up to ten active links. A deleted link stops working at once and its code is never reissued. Brihas may refuse or retire any code (brand terms, impersonation, offensive words, existing campaign names).
03Attribution
A user is attributed to you when they first sign up through your link, or enter your code during onboarding if no link applied. First touch is final. Existing users are never re-attributed. You cannot be attributed to yourself.
04What earns commission
Subscription payments and the Trial Moment by attributed users — up to 12 payments per user, counting the first. Top-ups do not count. Payments count whether or not the user applied a discount code.
05The commission
20% of the net amount of each counted payment, where net = amount paid ÷ 1.18 (GST) × 0.70 (platform and payment costs). The rate becomes 17% for users whose first counted payment arrives after your 100th paying user, and 15% after your 500th; a user's rate is fixed at their first payment and does not change.
06Apple payments
For App Store purchases the amount paid is taken from Brihas's published price for that plan on the purchase date, less any offer the user redeemed. Brihas may move to Apple's reported figures with notice.
07Hold and reversals
Commission becomes due 30 days after the payment. Refunds, chargebacks and revocations reverse the commission, in full or in proportion, even after payout — the amount is deducted from the next payout.
08Payouts
Processed manually on or about the 10th of each month for commission due by the end of the previous month, by bank transfer or UPI, in INR. Balances under ₹100 roll over. No payout until personal details are verified; a change to PAN, GSTIN or bank details pauses payouts until re-verified. A GST-registered partner must provide their GSTIN; commission is then settled against the partner's tax invoice. Timing example: a payment on 25 September becomes due on 25 October and is paid on 10 November. Brihas deducts TDS as required by law; GST-registered partners must invoice in the manner Brihas specifies.
09Dashboard figures
Counts and amounts shown are estimates until paid; "Potential" is a projection, not an amount owed.
10Your obligations
Disclose the partnership where required (ASCI guidelines); no misrepresentation of Brihas, its prices or outcomes; no medical, mental-health or outcome claims; no spam, bots, paid ads on Brihas brand keywords, or incentives to sign up; no use of Brihas trademarks beyond the supplied assets.
11Prohibited conduct
Self-referral through other accounts, inflated clicks, fraudulent or coerced signups. Brihas may withhold, reverse or claw back commission and terminate the partnership.
12No user data
You receive only aggregate counts. Brihas never shares who its users are, and you must not attempt to identify them.
13Closing the partnership
Either side may close the partnership at any time; links stop working, attribution ends, and commission already due is paid on the normal schedule. Partner records are not deleted — personal details, payout history and the commission ledger are retained for audit and as the law requires. Deleting your Brihas user account does not close or alter the partnership.
14Changes
Brihas may change rates, thresholds and these terms with 30 days' notice; changes apply to payments after the effective date.
15Independent contractor; liability
You act as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Brihas, with no exclusivity. Brihas's liability under this agreement is limited to commission due. Governing law: India, courts at the founder's registered city.
